​How Do I Place An Order?

Go to our "shop" link and browse our Bless Israel Jewelry creations click on the image of the piece you would like and it will go to your shopping cart, you can keep shopping or go to checkout and complete your purchase. 

 

Payment and Shipping

1. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also contact our customer care team: see contact page.

2. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal only at this time.

3. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you need to change or cancel your order please do so within 2 days of placing your order.  Contact our customer care team as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that some types of changes may not be possible, and that once an order has been prepared for shipment, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

4. WHAT IS OUR METHOD OF SHIPPING?

EMS (Express Mail Service) is FREE with orders over $100.

We at Bless Israel Jewelry want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied, just send it back in its condition "as shipped" to you within 14 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or a refund for the price of the item. Note: Jewelry that has been sized or otherwise altered cannot be returned. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
